7 steps to your total satisfaction

1. Order Confirmation


After you have chosen (and ordered) your sprayer we will confirm the order with your dealer. The order specification will be supplied to the dealer for them to confirm prior to the commencement of manufacturing. This process ensures that your order is correct so that manufacturing can begin.

2. Factory inspections


There are four key stages to the manufacturing process: Fabrication, Painting, Assembly and Testing. Every step of the way you can rest assured we are checking the quality of our work. A 30 page checklist, completed by supervisors in each stage, follows the sprayer as it makes it way along the production line - it is then signed off by an inspector prior to despatch.

3. Pre-delivery


A comprehensive pre-delivery inspection of your sprayer is carried out by your dealer. This is when every thing on the sprayer will be checked over, your consoles will be fitted and calibrated, the sprayer will be set up on your tractor and every function will be tested for correct operation.

4. Installation


Installation usually takes place on your property. The sprayer will be set up, and ready, to be used on your tractor. At this stage, all operators, will be trained in the use of the machine and consoles. It is also a good time to complete the warranty registration card and become familiar with the operators manuals. Following installation you should be confident in safely operating your new sprayer.

5. Satisfaction survey


Approximately three months after delivery, a Goldacres representative will phone you to personally conduct a customer satisfaction survey. This survey allows you to give us feedback on the performance of your new sprayer, our company and the dealer. The feedback from each survey is used to improve our products and services. At this stage you have the opportunity to advise your Goldacres representative of any outstanding issues that you may have so they can follow through with your dealer.

6. Post-delivery


A rigorous quality control process, pre-delivery and installation will ensure that your sprayer is operating correctly. However, Goldacres goes one step further - by providing you with a complimentary post-delivery service after the first three months of operation. A comprehensive checklist will be completed to ensure that you are fully competent in the use of your sprayer and that every function is operating correctly .

7. Pre and post season services


Preventative, and ongoing, maintenance is crucial in ensuring the long term reliability of your equipment. The Goldacres customer care manual provides you with Pre and Post season maintenance checklists. Pre and post season services should be carried out to limit breakdowns and extend the life of your equipment - After all equipment doesn?t breakdown when it isn?t being used!
