The Prairie Advance EF 5000L sprayer, called EF for environmentally friendly is the solution for farmers looking for a fully featured large sprayer that minimises the environmental impact of crop chemicals.
Optional multiple Direct Chemical Injection (DCI) modules can be fitted to the Advance EF, making it Australias first genuine multi-product capable machine. DCI is providing solutions to problems like poor water quality, patch spraying, changing weather conditions, sprayer de-contamination or simply improving productivity. Designed to reduce chemical use and fuel consumption, the new Advance EF is becoming an environmental benchmark in the efficient application of crop chemicals.
Not only good for the environment and the growers pocket, the Advance EF is designed to be easy to use. EZ Control is fitted as standard, and simplifies the distribution of water and chemical around the sprayer. Much simpler to use than remotely located taps and valves, the EZ Control system brings all the main filling, flushing and induction functions right to the operators fingertips. Bright fade free colours and ultra clear labelling have really made childs play out of using this sprayer. The fold down protection panel even features plumbing schematics of the main functions, providing a comforting quick reference for the new user.
Matched to the Goldacres TriTech range of booms, the Advance EF delivers swath widths up to 36 metres wide. The Bi-fold option allows the boom to be reduced to half width making it easy to use the big boom in tight or rolling country while still retaining the benefits of maximum width when the ground allows it. UltraGlide automatic boom height control reduces driver fatigue to make long spray days easy.
The EF can be optioned with an ergonomically comfortable joystick that brings the in-tractor control of up to 21 sprayer functions to one thumbprint and also allows the SmartSteer option to be selected. SmartSteer ensures the sprayer wheels follow precisely in the tractors wheel tracks. An electronic sensor on the Advances rotating swivel hitch detects lateral movement of the tractor to control the steering mechanism on the sprayers axle. The sensor is easily adjustable to suit all types of tractors so that different distances between the tractor and sprayer axles are easily accommodated.
